Privacy Policy
Scope
This privacy policy is intended to inform users of this website, in accordance with the German Telecommunications and Digital Services Data Protection Act (DDG), about the nature, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator. I take data protection very seriously and handle personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory regulations. Data transmission over the internet can generally be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed.
Access data
The site provider collects data on access to the site and stores it as "server log files." The following data is logged in this way:

This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals. This data is not merged with other data sources. I reserve the right to review this data retrospectively if I become aware of concrete indications of unlawful use.
Handling of personal data
I collect, use, and disclose personal data only where this is permitted by law or where the person concerned has consented to the data collection. Personal data means any information used to identify the person concerned and that can be traced back to them — for example, name and email address.
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of a violation of data protection law, the person concerned has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the State Data Protection Commissioner of Baden-Württemberg. Right to data portability
Users have the right to have data that is processed automatically on the basis of their consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to them or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If they request that the data be transferred directly to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.
Withdrawal of consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with express consent. Data subjects may withdraw consent they have already given at any time. An informal email to me is sufficient for this purpose. The lawfulness of any data processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
User rights: access, correction, and deletion
Upon request, users will receive free information about what personal data has been stored about them. Provided their request does not conflict with a statutory obligation to retain data (e.g., mandatory data retention), they are entitled to have incorrect data corrected and to have their personal data blocked or deleted.
